Mint Amends Stock Option Plan

(Toronto, Ontario – Marketwired – January 13, 2016) The Mint Corporation (TSX VENTURE: MIT) (“Mint” or the “Company“) announces that the board of directors has amended its “10% rolling” stock option plan to change it to a “fixed number” plan.
Under the “10% rolling” plan, the Company could grant stock options to purchase up to 10% of the issued common shares of the Company at the time of grant of any option. Under the “fixed number” plan, the Company has reserved a fixed number of 2,691,528 common shares for the grant of stock options, which is equal to 3.65% of the current issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
There are no options outstanding under the stock option plan.
